Due to the special nature of our products (handmade crafts and single-use characteristics), we gently inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verifiable quality issue. We appreciate your understanding and support for our handmade items.

Important: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please make sure to contact us first via email at within 7 days of receiving the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Handmade Disclaimer & Non-Quality Issues

Please be aware of the following normal characteristics of our ✅ Non-Rebound Squishy products. Because these items are carefully handcrafted, the following are normal phenomena, not quality issues, and therefore cannot be accepted as reasons for return or exchange:

  • Ball Skin Characteristics: The ball skin may have minor factory characteristics, such as slight glue marks, cracked skin appearances, or blur (runoff from the rubber molding). These are normal, unavoidable phenomena during production.
  • Appearance Changes: The latex exterior will naturally develop a white mist/cloudy effect after being filled with liquid. It will not remain as bright or glossy as when it was first photographed or filmed.
  • Batch Variations: The filling primer is entirely hand-formulated. Therefore, the hand feel and color will vary slightly from batch to batch. Temperature changes will also directly affect the feel of the filling.
  • Color Differences: Product photos and videos are taken under strong lighting, so the actual physical item may appear slightly darker. Display parameters on different mobile phones or monitors will also cause perceived color differences. The actual product color shall prevail.
  • Durability & Minor Defects: These stress-relief toys are playful items, not indestructible works of art, and minor defects may exist. They are not made of rigid materials. Playing with the toy for an extended period or using excessive force will cause it to break. Please handle and play with care!
  • Scent: Because the stress-relief toys are sealed with glue, they will naturally have a glue scent. If you are highly sensitive to smells, please purchase with caution.

Return & Exchange Conditions (Quality Issues Only)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Quality issues or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Approved return items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning approved items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items displaying the normal handmade characteristics listed in our disclaimer above.
  • Items that are damaged, broken, or lost due to customer misuse, heavy play, or improper care.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Quality Issue Return Process

1. Request a Return

Email us at with your order number and clear photos and/or videos of the defective item. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days to confirm if it qualifies as a quality issue.

2. Ship the Item Back

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.) We require using a trackable and signed-for delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. After final approval, we will either send a replacement item or process your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Since returns are only accepted for our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent, verifiable quality issue), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you once the defect is verified.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for valid quality-issue returns.

Refunds

Inspection & Notification

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Bank Processing

If you do not see the refund after 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled if you contact us promptly after purchase.
  • If payment has been completed but the package has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order before delivery, and we will issue a full refund.
  • Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
